Downtown Denver continues to grow with this 12-story multi-use building.  The Architect, John Portman & Associates, designed floors 5-8 for hotel use, with floors 9-12 remaining open for future office leases. This all-glass building consists of roughly 90,000 SF of glass, which JR Butler helped design with Hensel Phelps in a Design-Assist fashion. The building will be open to the public by the end of 2016.
