Pauls Corporation expands the Cherry Creek neighborhood with an eight-story office building featuring First Bank and Del Frisco’s Restaurant, among other businesses. Located at the corner of 1st and St. Paul St., this structure consists of 50,000+ SF of glass, decorative glass handrails, a front entry glass canopy, and an all-glass revolving door. J.R. Butler worked closely with GE Johnson and HKS in the design-build that began during the summer of 2013, allowing construction to start in early 2014. The building is scheduled to open to the public in the spring of 2015.
