The 1401 Lawrence project consisted of a 23 story mixed use office tower with 14 office floors over 8 floors of parking and an amenities deck on the 9th floor.   J.R. Butler's scope of involvement included the design and construction of over 145,000 SF of aluminum curtain wall and auxiliary components, including exterior fly-by wing walls, handrail at the 9th floor amenity deck, a revolving door, an exterior folding aluminum door at the 22nd floor balcony and miscellaneous interior lobby vestibules.
