16 Chestnut is a 19-story mixed-use office building located at the base of the Millennium Bridge in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood which consists of 6 levels of parking, retail space on the ground floor, and 14 floors of office space.  16 Chestnut will be primarily occupied by DaVita as an expansion of their headquarters across the street.  JR Butler’s scope incorporates over 130,000 SF of curtain wall, three operable glass/wall door systems that highlight retail space and a 12th floor terrace, as well as ~2,000 SF of point-supported cable wall that will frame the main entrance.
