Formerly known as 1776 Curtis Street, this 28-story apartment complex is located at 1776 Curtis Street and broke ground in November of 2015.  The building includes 360 apartments and retail space on the ground floor. JR Butler's scope of work incorporates the entire skin of the building, more than 186,000 SF of precast concrete and glazing. The glass facades include more than 24,000 SF of curtain wall, and 50,000 SF of windows. Additional scope items include 4 sliding glass doors, 106 terrace doors, glass hand railings, cantilevered curtain wall, a glass canopy and a spectacular swimming pool suspended 8 stories above 17th street.
