This 20-story, mixed-use building is located right off I-25 in the Denver Tech Center.   JR Butler’s scope consists of 115,000 sqft of unitized ribbon windows & curtain wall, terrace doors, entrance doors, sliders and operable walls.  Levels 2-6 are designated as a hotel and floors 7-20 are residential.  The residential units consists of 75,000 sqft of factory-glazed floor to ceiling ribbon windows with integral aluminum slab cover, featuring acoustic glazing, monumental sliding doors along the penthouse, and 181 terrace doors on balconies.  The hotel units feature unitized curtain wall with 8” perimeter extruded aluminum fins and acoustic glazing.
