Formerly known as Denver Union Station Block A, this 21-story apartment complex is located at 1650 Wewatta Street and broke ground in January of 2013. The building features 288 apartments and 7,000 sqft. of retail space on the ground floor. JR Butler's scope of work includes more than 24,000 sqft. of curtain wall, 12,000 sqft. being fully unitized, 30,000 sqft. of windows, sliding glass doors, terrace doors, all glass doors, glass hand railing and multiple point supported glass features. The Platform is slated to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2015.
