The CSU Lory Student Center project consisted of a 70,000 SF addition to the existing facility originally constructed in 1962. J.R. Butler’s scope included design and construction of over 30,000 SF of aluminum curtain wall with auxiliary components including glass fins and aluminum sunshades. The scope also included installation of electrochromic glass, which is an electrically operated, programmable glass system that can be tinted.
