This phase of Hall Park features a 16-story, Class AAA, trophy office tower and a 224-key boutique hotel and suites with concurrent schedules. The façade consists of 245,000 sqft of unitized curtain wall - of various applications, including balcony guardrail curtain wall, cantilevered wing walls, screen walls with perforated infills, large, folded metal infill panels integral to curtain wall, and various trapezoidal and sloped curtain wall accents.   J.R. Butler’s scope also consists of balcony glass dividers, all-glass doors, aluminum entrance doors, terrace doors, sliding doors, operable walls in addition to 5,000 sqft of structural glass entry at the Office ground floor.
